講實話，我挺擔心大家覺得內容偏向學術太無聊，
造成閱讀不完全，所以這次就先由一首歌帶大家進入狀況，
這是我個人很喜歡的一個樂團，叫MatchBox20，
先不論這個樂團魅力或是主唱如何如何的，
單就這一首歌，一首獲得葛萊美獎的歌，
為什麼要從這一首歌開始呢？
國外的樂團在思考和反思上面，
total起來比國內的多很多，
這一手unwell，就某種程度的讓我感覺，
是在形容描述一個精神分裂的內心生活想法，
自言自語、看到不存在的東西聽到不存在的聲音，
感覺聽的到車廂內所有人都在說話，而且都在說自己的壞話，
大家都投以一樣的眼光，至少自己這麼認定，

覺得自己不是發瘋，而且總有痊癒的一天，
只需要我們的一點眼神，給他多一點等待。
非常精采的演奏，也是非常感性的嗓音~~
這一首歌描寫了很多精神分裂者的症狀，
精神分裂者分不清楚現實和虛幻的世界，
思緒雜亂，沒有辦法控制自己在想什麼，
會覺得他的思想象電波般傳出去，
以致於全世界都是到他在想什麼，
他會幻聽，一次接受到很多東西的聲音，
他會幻想，會出現很奇怪或是錯誤的信念，
對他人來說可能是很虛無飄渺的，
可是對本人卻很真實，例如：(不是每個人都這樣)
烏雲密佈下大雷雨→覺得天要他下來，世界末日到了。
還有幻覺，像是看見不存在的東西，
或是聞到不存在的味道，
還會有不正常的行為，以及表達困難，
但是，跟一般大眾認定的精神疾病的印象不同的是：
精神分裂患者本身很少有暴力傾向和危險，
大部分都是安靜、害羞、畏縮的。
